Đun nóng 15ml dầu ăn, phi tỏi thơm, cho cà tím, bí ngồi vào xào, rưới vào 1 muỗng canh nước tương, 1/2 muỗng canh dầu hào, 1/2 muỗng cà phê đường.
Xào đến khi cà tím và bí ngồi chín vừa thì cho tiếp cá đã chiên vào, xào nhanh tay, đảo đều, đậy kín nắp khoảng 5 phút. Sau đó mở nắp ra, đun tiếp khoảng 5 phút nữa. Tắt bếp, thêm hành lá thái nhỏ, dùng làm món mặn ăn với cơm.
